Guide to Eating Clean
Crockpot cooking is quite simple. I love throwing everything in and just letting it cook. Super easy for over night.
Ingridents:
3 large chicken breasts
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (add more for extra spice)
A few handfuls of green beans (can add asparagur or broccoli as well)
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
the juice and zest of 1 orange
1 tbsp seasame seeds
if you want to add more orange (add a splash a orange juice- 50% reduced sugar)
Add all to the crockpot and let it cook for 4-6 hours on high. Stir occasionally.
