Guide to Eating Clean
I generally eat two of these every morning.
Ingridents:
Egg whites
Veggie
Meat
Cheese
Season All
In a cupcake mold add egg whites 3/4 the way to the top of each mold. Then add your meat: turkey bacon, bacon, ham, turkey, sausage, or turkey sausage. Next add veggie: spinach, broccoli, asparagus, peppers, or/and onions. Add a sprinkle of cheese in each as well as a sprinkle of season all. Next pop them in the oven for 15-17 minutes at 400. I make enough for the whole week and just microwav them when I'm ready to eat!
