Quick Cous Cous Mac and Cheese

 

1 Box Cous Cous (smaller cous cous. the box I got is 5 minute cook time)

3/4 Cup Milk

2 Cups Cheddar Cheese

 

The other mac and cheese I made was more of a casserole. This was just thrown together quickly, and I ended up loving it. Cook the cous cous according to the box in a skillet on the stove. When finished add the milk and cheese and add a little heat (low-med) and mix it all in. Cover it if it is too liquidy, that way it will absorb. Add a little salt and your ready to go. This took less than 10 minutes to make
