Guide to Eating Clean
These are super easy to make. I also play around with tons of recipies.
Ingridents:
1/2 cup Oats (natural oats)
1/2 cup almond milk
1 cup greek yogurt (plain/ least sugar as possible)
1 tbsp peanut butter/2 tbsp apple sauce/ 1tbsp carmel sauce (pick one)
1 packet of Stevia
1/2 banana or whatever fruit you like on top
1 tbsp chia seeds
Sprinkle of Cinnamon
Sprinkle of Apple Pie Spice or Pumpkin Pie Spice (optional)
Pop in the fridge and let them sit. Stir in the morning and enjoy.
You can switch any of the ingridents or add more. You can use whatever fruit you like and whatever toppings you like. Sometimes I use Waldens Farm Caramel Sauce or you can add apple sauce.
To make pumpkin oats, use pumkin puree and pumpkin pie spice. You can't go wrong with whatever you make. No cook, and super easy!
