Eggs, Edamame, and Turkey Sausage
This is a random concoction that I came up with when trying to get rid of leftovers. For some reason I could not make my eggs over medium to save my life the other day, so I just slightly cracked the yolk on the rest of them. This is three eggs. The turkey sausage is Bob Evans turkey sausage from the frozen section of the grocery store. Just in the microwave for 30 seconds to heat up. The edamame is from the healthy frozen section of the grocery store. I buy the individual bags that take 2 minutes and 30 seconds to heat up. Threw all of this randomness together for a quick low cal dinner. Quick and easy is the best way to cook.
