Peanut Butter, Banana and Chia Rice Cakes

 

1 Rice Cake (apple cinnamon, brown rice, any kind you like)

1 tbsp peanut butter 

1/2 banana

1 tbsp chia seeds

 

Another simple and quick go to snack. I switch these up often. some time is use almond butter instead of peanut butter. You can swap flax seed for chia. Just depends on your mood. Im obsessed with peanut butter if you can't tell. Only using 1 tbsp is half of a serving size. This is such a simple snack. I have all these ingridents stocked in my work drawer. Just spread your peanut butter over the rice cake. add your sliced up banana or whatever fruit you like and top with chia seeds. 

 

Keep this as simple as possible to keep it clean. All natural peanut butter should have only peanuts and salt as ingridents. Don't get peanut butter with sugar. Same goes for the rice cakes, try to get ones without sugar. Your topping it with ingridents that will hide the blandness of them anyway
