Guide to Eating Clean
Caprese Salad
1 tomato (red or yellow or both)
4 slices of Fresh Mozerella
Basil
1 tbsp Oil Olive or Clean Dressing (optional)
This is another super simple lunch option. I love yellow tomotoes for this dish, but they are hard to find for some reason lately. Slice up your tomato. The mozerella needs to be fresh mozerella. You can find this either in the regular cheese aisle or the other cheeses near produce usually. Slice your mozerella and place on top. Then chop up some basil and place on top. This is really good with a little olive oil drizzled on top or you can add a dressing for dipping. The dressing on the side of this picture is Tuscany dressing my Annie's. I dont recommend it actually lol. It wasn't all that great and theres plenty of good dressing that are clean. When looking for dressings. Keep the sugar out of them and all the extra ingriendents. You can also place these on bread, if you want to carb up a little. Ezekial bread is clean. I love bread and still eat it, I just limit as much as possible.
