Egg and Mozarella Cheeseburger
1 lb lean ground beef (98%) or ground turkey (4 patties)
onion powder
garlic powder
season all
4 egg (1 per burger)
4 slice fresh mozarella (1 per burger)
This is a pretty basic recipe. I just mix my ground beef with all the seasonings listed above (don't over do it). Form patties with your hands and cook them over medium in a pan. When finished slice fresh mozarella for each patty and place on top so it begins to melt. Cook eggs over medium. You can put the burger on ezikial bread if you like as well. (If you are going to cheat on the bread, use a light hamburger bun.) Add whatever toppings you like. I sometimes add spinach, mushrooms, onions, or watercrests. Just depends whats left over in the fridge. The side dish is broccoli cole slaw (comes in a bag in the produce section at the store). I add Bolthouse Farms Caesar Parmigiano Greek Yogurt Dressing to the cole slaw. I'm obsessed with this dressing, it taste good and it's clean! Super easy side item.
