Guide to Eating Clean
Crockpot Buffalo Chicken
3-4 pieces of chicken breast
2 spoonfuls of cream cheese
1 Bottle of Frank's Red Hot
optional: 1 packet of Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning Mix
Place all ingridents in the crock pot for 4 hours on low. stir randomly. When finished cooking. Shred chicken and let it cook for another 15 minutes or so. Ready to serve. This is a super easy meal prep. You can make this without the cream cheese as well but I am a fan of the balance between the cream cheese and hot sauce.
